These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Old Gold Professionals FC website at oldgoldpro.gh and any of its subdomains (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
Old Gold Professionals FC ("OGP", "we", "us") is a registered Division Two football club based in La, Accra, Ghana. The Site is operated on behalf of the club.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of the Site by, anyone else. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server it runs on, or any related database or system.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the club crest, badge, photography, video, match reports, player names and likenesses, and design — is owned by or licensed to OGP. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may share links to public pages on the Site.
4. Submissions (forms, trials, sponsorship)
When you submit a contact message, trial application, or sponsorship inquiry you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submission of a form is an inquiry only — it does not create a binding agreement, guarantee a reply, a trial invitation, or a sponsorship arrangement. The club may accept, decline, or ignore any submission at its sole discretion.
5. Donations
Donations made through the Site are voluntary contributions to Old Gold Professionals FC. Donations are processed by Stripe under their own terms and are charged immediately. Donations are non-refundable except where required by law or where a payment is clearly made in error — in which case you should email oldgoldscadmin@gmail.com within 14 days. We commit to using donations for the running of the club, the academy, and related football activities, but we do not promise any specific allocation.
6. No professional advice
Content on the Site (including match reports, training updates, and any commentary) is provided for general information and entertainment. It is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (sponsors, social media, news outlets). OGP is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, OGP excludes all warranties, express or implied. OGP will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by Ghanaian law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Accra.
