1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us — your name, email, phone number, message contents, trial application details, and any other information you voluntarily submit through our contact form, trial application, or sponsor inquiry forms.
• Donation information — when you donate, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, billing address, and card details. OGP never sees your full card number. We retain only the donation amount, currency, your email (for receipts), and any message you leave.
• Technical data — basic information sent by your browser (IP address, device type, referring page, pages viewed). We use this only to keep the site secure and to understand which content is read.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to messages, applications, and partnership requests you send us.
• To process and acknowledge donations and issue receipts.
• To run, secure, and improve this website.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, fraud prevention).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We share limited information only with the service providers we use to run the club website and accept donations: Stripe (payments), Supabase / Lovable Cloud (hosting and database), and Resend or our chosen email provider when we email you back. Each of these processes your data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our players, staff, or visitors.

5. How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 2 years from your last interaction. Donation records are retained for at least 6 years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Trial applications are kept for 1 year. Server access logs are kept for 30 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email oldgoldscadmin@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies needed for the site to function (such as keeping you signed in to the admin area). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

8. Children

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before submitting a trial application or any other personal information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new "last updated" date.
